Ruth Koivisto Obituary

Ruth Marie Koivisto, 84, of Jacksonville, passed away on April 17, 2020. She was a lifelong resident of Jacksonville and a member of Otis Road Church of God. She was preceded in death in 1994 by her husband, Walter Daniel Koivisto. Survivors include her son, Walter Lynndon Koivisto; daughter, Kim Hammontree (Marty); 4 sisters, Bernice Johnson, Dorothy Knight, Sue Jarrell and Ruby Montez; 5 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 11 AM Wednesday, April 22, 2020 at Riverside Memorial Park, 7242 Normandy Blvd. with Pastor Steve Thomas officiating.
