Kendra Danette Colley, 52, passed away April 2, 2020 in Huntington Beach, California, where she had resided for the last fifteen years. She was born in Jacksonville FL, on September 21, 1967, to Wayne Colley and Janie Christmas Colley. Kendra graduated from Paxon High School and University of North Florida where she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. She worked in that field for twenty five years as a Computer Programmer and Web Developer.
Kendra loved to travel and the beach life; sun, surfing, swimming, volleyball, collecting sea shells and sea glass. She also loved skiing and snowboarding in Mammoth with friends. She lived her life to the fullest enjoying these things. She loved all animals, dogs most of all, but Golden Retrievers held her heart. She was very social and could make friends and win the hearts of everyone, young and old alike. She will be remembered by her sweet smile that could light up a room.
She is preceded in death by her Grandparents, three Uncles, and two Cousins. Survived by her parents Wayne and Janie Colley of Bryceville, FL; brother Kenneth (Betty) Colley, of Hilliard, FL; nephew Ricky (Caite) Colley, of Keystone Heights, FL; niece Nicole Colley, Hilliard, FL; two great nephews Wyatt and Waylon Colley, along with several Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. She also had many special friends in Florida and California. Some she had chosen to be her second family.
