Joseph Howard O'Quinn, 70, of Baldwin (formerly of Hilliard), passed away on March 22, 2020. He served 14 years in the United States Marine Corps, served in Vietnam and received the Purple Heart. Survivors include his mother, Winona Lloyd; 2 sons, Joe O'Quinn (Nicole Blount) & Joseph Poole (Mandy); daughter, Tina Simons (Daniel); sister, Caprice Bush and 4 grandchildren.
