Barbara Elizabeth Bullard

Barbara Elizabeth Bullard, 71, of Jacksonville, passed away on Monday, April 1, 2019. She was born in Columbia, South Carolina on August 12, 1947 and has lived in Jacksonville most of her life. Mrs. Bullard worked with Barnett Banks for 20 years and also enjoyed working with Habitat for Humanity. Survivors include her husband of 30 years, Freddie Bullard; brother-in-laws, James Bullard, Eddie Bullard & Travis Bullard; sister-in-law, JoAnn Fuller and nieces, Jennifer Williams & Marjorie Kinsey. Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Friday, April 5, 2019 in the chapel of Giddens-Reed Funeral Home, 270 U.S. Highway 301, North, Baldwin, 904-266-2337 (www.giddensreedfh.com) with Pastor Robert Hinson officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Per her wishes, she will be cremated. Those who prefer may make a donation in her name to The Diabetes Foundation.
