Jerry Bryan McCostlin, 41, passed away unexpectedly while living in Theodore, Alabama. Survivors include his mother, Linda; former wife, Teresa; 2 sons, Anthony Bryan McCostlin & Tyler Lane McCostlin; daughter, Skie Elizabeth Johnson; 3 grandchildren; 3 brothers, Shannon McCostlin, Jason McCostlin & Ronald McCostlin, Jr.; uncle, Walt Bryan, Jr. and nephews, Zachary Huffman and Ronald McCostlin, III. Graveside services will be held at 10 AM Friday, October 6, 2017 at Gethsemane Memorial Gardens, Jacksonville with Pastor John Sawyer officiating.
