Georgia Eloise Collins

Georgia Eloise Collins passed away on August 29, 2017, after living a full life of 91 years. As she aged, she was able to continue living in her home with the help of several special neighbors, friends, and family. She always enjoyed spending time with others and she will be greatly missed. Eloise was preceded in death by her husband, Mel Collins. She is survived by her son, David, and his wife, Sue; granddaughter, Anna; grandson, David, Jr.; sister, Mary Jo Wray and her husband, Clyde; and nieces, Libby Bassett, Gail Potter and Donna Wray. Memorial services will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, September 23, 2017 at Murray Hill Presbyterian Church, 940 Talbot Avenue, Jacksonville where she was an active member for over 40 years. Visitation will be one hour before services and a reception will follow. Dr. Jess E. McCrosky will officiate.
