Ethel Whittredge Tyrrell

Ethel Whittredge Tyrrell passed away peacefully, October 5, 2018. She was born March 24, 1929 in Reading, Massachusetts. Ms. Tyrrell was a longtime resident of Nassau County and attended River Road Baptist Church. She volunteered with the Nassau County and Duval County schools where she was honored to be selected as the Nassau County Volunteer of the Year and the Florida Department of Education Volunteer of the Year.
Ms. Tyrrell is survived by: sons Buddy Tyrrell (Reba), Tommy Tyrrell (Lisa), David Tyrrell (Karen), John Tyrrell (Phyllis), and Ernie Tyrrell; daughters Kathy Beland, and Patricia Bullard (Ray); (21) grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Tommy Tyrrell; son Jimmie Tyrrell; and granddaughter Alicia Tyrrell.
A graveside service will be held Monday, October 8, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. at River Road Baptist Church Cemetery with Pastor Benjie Loyd officiating.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Children's Ministry at River Road Baptist Church.
