Lillie Mae Andreu

Lillie Mae Andreu, 94, passed away Sunday, July 30th, 2017.  She is survived by her brother, Elliot (Nancy) Harrell; her daughter, Hilda Cason; her grandchildren, Kathy (David) Johnson, Billy (Karin) Powell and Mindy (Travis) McLendon; 8 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great grandchildren, along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many other loved ones.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Andreu; six of her siblings and a son, Eddie Tyson.  After 43 years of service, Mae retired as a supervisor from Swisher Inc.  She was an active member of Hart Haven Baptist Church. Mrs. Andreu enjoyed serving The Lord, cooking, sewing, spending time with her family and sitting in her swing. Funeral services will be held at 1 PM Thursday, August 3, 2017 in the chapel of Giddens-Reed Funeral home, 270 U.S. Highway 301, North, Baldwin, FL 32234 (266-2337, www.giddensreedfh.com) with Pastor Donald L. Cooley officiating.  The family will receive friends from 12 noon Thursday until the hour of the service at the funeral home.  Interment will immediately follow at Riverside Memorial Park Cemetery in Jacksonville.
