Geneva "Jenny" Johnson

Geneva “Jenny” Johnson, 82, of Jacksonville, passed away September 10, 2017.  She was born in Knoxville, Tennessee and has lived in Jacksonville for the past 25 years.  She was a faithful member of West Jacksonville Baptist Church.  Survivors include her husband of 44 years, Marvin D. Johnson; son, Edward Yarbrough of Nashville, Tennessee; daughter, Deb Phillipy and her husband, Bill of Peru, Indiana; sister, Ruby Berry; grandchildren, Mitch Yarbrough and his wife, Courtney of Sevierville, Tennessee, Angie (Yarbrough) Morris and her husband, Mike of Haines City, Florida, Courtney See-Elizondo and her husband, Daniel Elizondo of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Tory See and her husband, Matt Jaberg of Carlsbad, California, Justin See  of Bloomington, Indiana  & Kyleigh See of Decatur, Michigan; great-grandchildren, Mila & Seren Jaberg of Carlsbad, California, Jackson, Carson, & Ava Morris of Haines City, Florida along with numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.  Funeral services will be held at 11 AM Saturday, September 16, 2017 at West Jacksonville Baptist Church, 5634 Normandy Blvd, Jacksonville, FL with Pastor Rodney Kelley officiating.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.  Interment will be at a later date in Knoxville, Tennessee.  In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Community Hospice, Gaston J.
