Dora Powell

Dora K. Powell, 64, passed away Sunday, January 3, 2010. She was a lifelong resident of Jacksonville. Survivors include her husband, Lowell Powell; 2 sons, Ralph & Gene Weeks; 3 grandchildren, Eugene Robert Weeks II, Bethany & Nicollette Weeks and many other friends & relatives. Funeral services will be 2 PM Thursday, January 7, 2010 in the chapel of GIDDENS-REED FUNERAL HOME, 270 U.S. Highway 301, North, Baldwin (387-0055) with Rev. Joe Boyette officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Community Hospice of NE FL, 4266 Sunbeam Rd., Jax., FL 32257.
