Dale Thomas

Thomas L. Dale, 80, of Jacksonville, passed away January 29, 2010. A Jacksonville resident for the past 21 years, he was a member of Lakeshore United Methodist Church. He was a retired Louisville, KY firefighter, having served as president of Local Union 345 IAFF and vice president of IAFF for 4 years. Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Faye Dale; son, Michael Dale (Brenda); and two grandchildren, Adam and Emily Dale. A memorial service will be held at 11 AM Saturday, Feb. 6, at Lakeshore United Methodist Church with Rev. Tom Fuller officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to P.E.T., a project of Lakeshore United Methodist Church , 2246 Blanding Blvd., Jax., 32210.
